All candidates are required to bring their LAPTOP and CHARGER to the examination. Please click <a href=\"https:\/\/nus.atlassian.net\/wiki\/spaces\/DAstudent\/overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> for the minimum system requirement for Examplify.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Examination Results<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The results for the MCQ Exam will be sent to all candidates via email and are expected to be released approximately 8 weeks from the date of exam, subject to approval.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>All applicants must be nominated by their institution and must have completed the institution&#8217;s training for Respiratory Medicine. Applicants nominated and submitted must be deemed suitable by their institution to attempt the MCQ Exam.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Application<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>All applicants must submit their application via their institutions.<\/p>\n<p>For institution representatives, please complete and submit the registration form via email to Mr Arthur Lim and Ms Teo Xin Yi at <a href=\"mailto:altm@nus.edu.sg\">altm@nus.edu.sg<\/a> and <a href=\"mailto:teoxinyi@nus.edu.sg\">teoxinyi@nus.edu.sg<\/a>. Please note that the forms will have to be submitted within the application period.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Withdrawal Policy<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The institution representatives must contact the respective Officer-in-Charge (OIC) as soon as they know that their candidates are unable to sit for the examination enrolled. Request to withdraw from the examination must be made in writing. Emails are acceptable.<\/p>\n<p>Institution representatives and candidates who notify the Division that they are unable to attend the examination on or after the examination dates must request a waiver of fees, at least 14 days from the day of the examination and provide supporting evidence where appropriate.
