Please refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moe.gov.sg\/financial-matters\/psea\">Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) | MOE<\/a> for more information and regulations.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Before Applying for PSEA<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Verify PSEA Eligibility<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Confirm whether your examination fees, course fees, or related charges are eligible for PSEA claims.<\/li>\n<li>Check if PSEA may be used in conjunction with other training or reimbursement schemes, where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Check Your PSEA Balance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>You may check your available balance via the MOE website:<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moe.gov.sg\/financial-matters\/psea\/funds-balance-and-usage\">Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA): Funds balance and usage | MOE<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Ensure You Have Been Offered a Placement<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>You must receive an official offer of placement in the programme <strong>before<\/strong> submitting a PSEA application.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Inform the Officer-in-Charge of the Programme<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide the following information:\n<ul>\n<li>Your intention to use PSEA funds<\/li>\n<li>The exact amount you plan to utilise from your PSEA balance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Submit PSEA Application<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Submit your application via:<strong><br \/><\/strong><a
