It provides an analysis of the role of information and communication technologies in enabling remote patient care and health professional collaboration as part of patient-self management. This is considered with reference to technological, clinical, sociological and policy perspectives.<\/p>\n<p>This course will provide a deeper understanding of the issues surrounding telehealth and recognise the value and basis for effective telehealth design with the use of data analytics.
