The NUS Department of Biomedical Informatics (DBMI) welcomed our inaugural intake of students for the Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics Coursework (MSc in BMI) on 30 July.

The Orientation started off with a welcome speech from Prof Ngiam Kee Yuan, Head of DBMI, and Chairman of the MSc in BMI programme committee. Faculty members Prof Wee Hwee Lin from the School of Public Health, as well as Dr Adam Chee, Institute of Systems Science also gave an introduction of their faculties and modules the students would be reading. We were also joined by speakers from the NUS Libraries and Centre for Future Ready Graduates (CFG), who shared useful information to prepare our students for their learning journey in NUS.
