Dr Koh Cho Yeow
Research Director, Cardiovascular Disease Translation Research Programme, NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine
Qualifications:
PhD (NUS, SG), BSc, Pharm (NUS, SG)
BIO
Introduction:
My research mainly focuses on the discovery and characterization of novel proteins and peptides (toxins) from natural sources such as haematophagous and venomous animals, with an emphasis on the development of therapeutics and medical technologies, especially in the field of cardiovascular and neglected tropical diseases.
