School of Public Health (SSHSPH), as well as Alexandra Hospital (AH) and the National University Health System (NUHS), will be presenting a poster at the <strong>MOH Appropriate and Value-Based Care Conference 2025<\/strong>, taking place on <strong>16-17 October<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Patient-Reported Experience Measure (PREMs) are important for capturing patients&#8217; feedback, evaluating healthcare quality and identifying gaps not evident from clinical data. Our poster, titled \u201cDeveloping a Patient-Reported Experience Measure for Singapore&#8217;s Healthcare System,\u201d showcases our work in adapting and evaluating a 13-item PREM from 2 existing Norwegian PREM instruments by identifying key drivers of patient experience and eliciting survey feedback from both patients and providers using inductive thematic analysis and framework analysis.<\/p><p>Want to find out more?
