400;\">Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) are essential tools for capturing patients\u2019 perceptions of their health status. However, these questionnaires can be lengthy and cumbersome, as multiple assessments are required to evaluate various domains of a patient&#8217;s well-being.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The aim of this study is to develop a prediction model that uses free-text data to predict scores across multiple existing validated questionnaires. Contextual validation is therefore critical to ensure measurement accuracy and relevance. In this study, we aim to identify what PROMs instruments have been validated in Singapore and to what extent.
