The report forms a core component of the Bel\u00e9m Health Action Plan (BHAP) launch at COP30, placing emphasis on the intersection between implementation and evidence in climate and health action.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the report<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>COP30 Special Report on Health and Climate Change synthesises the global health system and adaptation literature.
