It replaces the earlier 2014 <i>Pandemic Readiness and Response Plan for Influenza and Other Acute Respiratory Diseases<\/i> and is aligned with international best practices and World Health Organization guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>The framework introduces a <strong>modular and adaptable \u201cplug-and-play\u201d system<\/strong>, enabling timely and flexible public health responses.
