This workshop aims to educate participants on issues of reproducibility and systemic challenges in research, while equipping them with practical tools to address these problems. His current research focus encompasses studies on cognition, mood, and stress. Alessandro has led a multi-site project on mindfulness that involved collaboration with 60 researchers and 37 sites, resulting in data collection from 3,627 participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Alessandro earned his Ph.D. from Universit\u00e9 Grenoble Alpes and Swansea University, where he conducted two meta-analyses to evaluate diverse regulation strategies. Alessandro\u2019s academic background includes a thesis written at Purdue University on the effects of ostracism in immersive virtual environments and a master\u2019s in social psychology obtained at
