She spent part of her PhD studies at the Institut Jean Nicod in Paris, France.Before turning to philosophy, she studied violin at the Vilnius Conservatoire.She is a steering committee member of the European Network for Philosophy of Music and a board member of the Lithuanian Philosophical Association."}
