This involves adapting interventions to new contexts, ensuring fidelity to the core components of the original intervention, and evaluating the processes and outcomes of scaling up.<\/p>\n<h4>\n\t\tHow Do We Scale Up Hospital-at-Home Successfully? A Prospective, Multi-method, Multi-phase Investigation\n\t<\/h4>\n<h6>\n\t\t2023 &#8211; Present\n\t<\/h6>\n<h6>\n\t\tLeads: Prof Nick Sevdalis &#038; Dr Stephanie Ko\n\t<\/h6>\n\t<p>Hospital-at-home (HaH) programmes are a home-based inpatient substitutive service that expands hospital inpatient bed capacity without building new hospital wards. International and local evidence has shown the feasibility of hospital-at-home programmes to care for patients safely and effectively. At the National University Health system, a pilot programme (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nuhs.edu.sg\/patient-care\/nuhs-at-home\">NUHS@Home<\/a>) has successfully concluded and there are plans to now scale bed capacity from 3 beds to 50-100 beds over the next 3 years.
