\n\t\tMission\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Here at BISI, our international team of researchers aims to improve population health and well-being by accelerating evidence-based practice through the use of behavioural and implementation science.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tWhat We Do\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Our team of research, policy and practice experts works with policy makers, organisational leaders, practitioners and providers to design, implement and evaluate transformative healthcare policies and programmes, in order to deliver and sustain better patient- and system-level outcome.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tStrategic Priorities\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

We aim to establish Singapore-based, global thought, education and research leadership in behavioural, implementation and health system science. BISI complements existing teaching and research at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, bringing a rigorous new focus on the behavioural and implementation factors that influence health and healthcare in Singapore and beyond.<\/p>\n

BISI’s work focuses on four strategic areas:<\/p>\n\t

01.<\/h1>\nTransforming teaching in existing medical school curriculum and continuing medical education for current healthcare professionals and management teams\n\t

02.<\/h1>\nConducting research and analysis; including drawing on Singapore’s rich data and ethnic diversity, to produce world-leading work\n\t

03.<\/h1>\nSupporting interventions and implementation to directly improve population health in Singapore and the region\n\t

04.<\/h1>\nBuilding networks to share best practice and research in the region and the world\n

\n<\/strong>An intermediate course focused on designing tailored implementation strategies and rigorously evaluating their effectiveness to improve adoption and sustainability in real-world clinical settings.\n4. Behavioural and Implementation Sciences in Health: Advanced Methods and Applications<\/strong>
\nAn advanced, hands-on course exploring how to apply theories, frameworks, and methods to tackle complex health challenges, from implementation planning to measurement and reporting for real-world impact.\n
