Application

Applications for admission to the JDP must be submitted through the Graduate Admission System at Application Procedure Page.

In addition to the submission of the application online, applicants must complete the following documents for review by the NUS-HUJ JDP Committee:

  1. The JDP application form
  2. A research proposal
  3. A statement on the applicant's aspiration/vision for studying the joint PhD programme
  4. A CV detailing the applicant's academic qualifications, working experience, publications, professional qualifications, prizes and awards, volunteer work and community services
  5. A letter of support from the supervisor from NUS stating their plans for jointly contributing to the supervision of the candidate and which parts of the proposed PhD project will be conducted at NUS (This will be printed by the Admission Office. Applicants do not need to submit the letter in hard copy.)
  6. A letter of support from the supervisor from HUJ stating their plans for jointly contributing to the supervision of the candidate and which parts of the proposed PhD project will be conducted at HUJ (This will be printed by the Admission Office. Applicants do not need to submit the letter in hard copy.)
  7. Scanned certificates/transcripts of the applicant's Bachelor's and Master's degree qualifications, GCE 'O' certificate or TOEFL/IELTS scoresheet for proof of English qualification
