It is my great pleasure to invite you to the 1st NUS-UH Conference: Advanced Practice Nursing in Multicultural Environments which will be held from 28 to 30 May 2008 in Singapore. This conference is jointly organised by The Alice Lee Centre for Nursing Studies at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and the School of Nursing and Dental Hygiene at the University of Hawai'i (UH) at Manoa.
The conference aims to bring together health professionals, educators, researchers, regulators and policy makers worldwide in order to discuss current issues related to advanced nursing practice in our global nursing community, develop strategies for the future and increase avenues of communication as they affect the health of diverse populations.
This conference is made possible through the contributions and commitment of our speakers, sponsors and the organising committee for which I sincerely appreciate.
I encourage you to join us in this exciting journey to enhance nursing practice, education, and research. I look forward to meeting you at the conference!
Yours sincerely,
Dr. He Hong-Gu
