The Division of Endocrine Surgery, National University Hospital (NUH) and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital (NTFGH), Singapore is offering a 1-day workshop on Endocine Surgical Techniques in Porcine and Cadaveric models. The Cadaveric workshop (MOSTES REAL) will bw at NTFGH and the live porcine model at NUH (MOSTES VIVO). This one-day intensive hands-on workshop is intended for those wishing to obtain practical training in endocrine surgical techniques using energy and endoscopic devices and the INNOMED / MEDTRONIC Neuromonitoring platform.

The following surgical procedures will be taught:

Participants should have some experience in endocrine surgery; preferably practicing specialists who wish to hone their skills. Limited spaces for senior surgical trainees in general surgery, head and neck, ENT, urology and oncology surgical specialists are available.

This workshop is run in conjunction with the half-day 1st Advanced Hemostatic Workshop to be held on the afyernoon of 5th July 2017. This workshop will focus on an array of technologies to minimize intra- and post-operative hemorrhage in both open and minimally invasive surgery. 9 Limited spaces are available for surgical residents.

The workshop is limited to only 24 participants (15 at MOSTES VIVO and 9 at MOSTES REAL).
