The department coordinates the highly successful MRCS (Ophthalmology)
Part 2 and 3 courses and examination, in conjunction with the Royal
College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Division
of Graduate Medical Studies (DGSM), NUS. The courses are usually
scheduled in the first and third quarter of each academic year.
This is aimed at establishing NUS as the training and examination
centre for Ophthalmology residents in Asia.
