Dr Sudhakar Venkatesh was awarded the Cum Laude award for his education exhibit on "MRI of Wet Pathology Specimens for building a virtual Pathology Museum" at the 97th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting of the Radiological Society of North America, November 27 to December 2, 2011, McCormick Place, Chicago, Illinois.
Dr Goh was part of the team who was awarded "Best paper from session on Learning Technologies, Strategies for Assessing Student Learning and Teaching" 2nd International Conference on Education, Training and Informatics, Orlando, Florida on "Multimodal Virtual Anatomy Learning Tool For Medical Education".
Dr Sudhakar Venkatesh was awarded Best Scientific Paper Presentation Award 2010 within the topic "Abdominal and Gastrointestinal (Abdominal Viscera)" for his presentation on “Non-invasive detection of liver fibrosis: Comparison of MR elastography with diffusion weighted MR imaging” on ECR 2010.
Dr Eugene Ong won the Cum Laude Award for his educational poster on "Nonmasslike Enhancement (NMLE) on Breast MRI: Lexicon-based Feature Analysis of Benign and Malignant Lesions" at the RSNA 2009, Chicago, USA.
Dr Sudhakar Venkatesh was awarded Excellence in Design and Certificate of Merit for his educational poster on "Magnetic Resonance Elastography of Liver: Technique, Analysis, and Clinical Applications" at the RSNA 2009, Chicago, USA.
Dr Sudhakar Venkatesh won Best Scientific Paper award at the ACAR 2009, Seoul for the paper "Non invasive detection of liver fibrosis: MR Imaging features versus Quantitative stiffness values with MR Elastography."
Dr Goh Poh Sun won Best poster presentation (merit) award for his poster on "Application of educational theory regarding teaching for skill transference for chest radiograph interpretation in undergraduate education and training" at 6th APMEC, Feb 2009.
