Applicants are to submit their application through the NUS Graduate Admission System

Applications are to be accompanied with processing fee of S$50.00

    - Referee Report Form

Your Application Package must include the hard copy of the application form, references, transcripts, goal statement form, work experience details, referee reports, TOEFL/IELTS certificates (if necessary), and any other supporting documents. The form must be completed in English. If supporting documents are not in English, they must be accompanied by a notarized translation.

Original documents should not be sent as they cannot be returned. However they must be furnished for verification upon student registration. Candidates found to have given inaccurate or false information will be required to withdraw from the MSc (Audiology) Programme.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the completed application package is sent in time to reach the Division of Graduate Medical Studies before the Application Closing Date .
