Oral PresentationDevices Provided by the Conference Organizers:
Notes for the Presenters:
Speakers may bring their own Laptops. Operation staff will set up a media center near the registration desk at the Conference so that presenter can check the compatibility of his (her) computer with the projector and to review the presentation materials with the computer provided by the operation committee. If you want to use the public computer in the presentation room, files should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) with standard fonts (Arial, Times New Roman etc). Be sure to bring your PowerPoint file and supporting files (if any) in a CD-ROM or USB drive so that you can copy to the computer before the sessions. Oral presenters should copy all the presentation materials before the session starts, to maintain smooth operation. All the files copied from the individual presenters will be deleted from the common computer provided at the end of a session.
Posters PresentationPoster boards with 90 cm-wide and 140 cm-tall will be provided for poster presentation. The poster should be posted on the board assigned by the Program Committee. Posters should be put up and removed according to the Conference Proceedings schedule. The title of poster, the author names and their affiliations should all be clearly visible at the top of the poster. The poster should have large, legible text fonts and figures which should be clear to readers even in author’s absence. Authors are advised to stay with the poster during the poster discussion to communicate with the participants. |
