The official language of the Conference will be English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

English is the common language for business and is widely spoken throughout Singapore – from taxi drivers to street vendors to shop assistants – delegates will be at ease to wander on their own with complete confidence. Indeed Singapore can easily claim to be the most proficient English-speaking city in Asia.

Singapore is most certainly one of the safest cities in the world, from National Security to general public safety. The Nation’s general economic prosperity and professional, effective police force contribute towards ensuring one of the world’s lowest crime rates.

The weather is tropical all year round, with only slight variations between the average maximum of 31 degrees Celsius and minimum of 23 degrees Celsius. Rain falls throughout the year, with more consistent rain coming during the monsoon season from November to January. Showers are usually sudden and heavy, but also brief and refreshing.

To enter Singapore, participants from some countries may require an entry Visa. For more information please visit Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs  website at
http://www.mfa.gov.sg/home/idx_visaFor.html. An official invitation letter will be sent to participants (upon request) to assist in applying for the Entry Visa.

The organizers do not accept responsibility for any personal injury, damage or loss of property which may occur in connection with this Conference. All participants are advised to arrange travel insurance before departure from their home countries.
